Meet Kate Arbuckle
Briefly describe how you help people through your business.
I help people who are tired, exhausted, stressed, and struggling with day-to-day life find a slice of happiness within their hearts – helping them achieve their dreams, wishes, and goals in life – one step at a time.
Who are your ideal clients? Who do you heal or help?
Stressed-out Corporate professionals or Entrepreneurs who are struggling to keep that brave face on all the time; they are open to the Spiritual side of life, and willing to weave the magic into the mundane to create happiness within themselves and others in their life.
How do you help people?
I have a step-by-step system to help people create clarity on what they really want – and then achieve this in life one step at a time – all whilst releasing unwanted stress from their life. We weave in some Spiritual tools and techniques with some more down-to-earth tools to create balance and harmony, and get some serious results.
What is your typical day like?
I have learnt to work with my energy cycles and the lunar cycles so this depends on where the moon is, and where my energy is. I tend to exercise at some point between 8 & 9am, have breakfast and then start work around 10am.
If its a client day – then clients until around 4pm and emails 4pm – 5pm.
If it is a “working on my business” day, rather than in my business day, it is a case of a creative dreaming walk in nature, then working on what came up until around 4pm – then emails until 5pm
I network a few times a week too.
What makes your business so much fun?
I love helping people! I ran an 8 week Mindfulness Course this summer at a Corporate Company and the results people saw were so wonderful – in at least 2 cases they were life-changing results!
I also love being able to work around my energy levels and in tune with nature, so at the time of writing we are in a waning moon phase, and so I am far more insular and private in my work – renewing my energy for the beauty of the New Moon, to be able to have the flexibility and freedom to do this is just magical.
Which feature of The Celestial Circle do you like best and why?
I love the monthly learning topics as they provide a focus and an opportunity to learn something new. I see each topic as a beautiful layer of a cake, creating a magical mix indeed.
Why did you join The Celestial Circle?
I was looking for an affordable and wonderful way to stay accountable to my business, and my daily goals after working with my previous coach for 3 years . I originally joined as I was looking for a ‘maintenance programme’ for the learning that I had received. The Celestial Circle has stretched in new ways though!
What results have you experienced from being in The Celestial Circle?
I have received the maintenance that I was looking for – I wanted to have a way to stay focused on my business whilst giving myself room to breathe before taking it up a notch. This circle has provided exactly that. I knew if I didn’t join a programme I could easily slip back into old habits – The Celestial Circle has helped me tread water in my business for a year before I am ready to swim another ocean – thank you!
Where the Circle has been so utterly amazing is the Instagram training we received. I opened up a holiday cottage in April and the Instagram training has been worth its weight in gold. I have been practically fully booked all season and have filled last-minute availability, due to instagram posts and stories I have put out there.
Every single month’s topics have been so incredibly powerful though. The other topics have helped me tread water in my existing business so beautifully – without getting worn out!

What would you say to someone who’s on the fence about joining The Celestial Circle?
The beauty of the Circle is you can try it for a month and see if it will work for you, so try it and see for yourself.
